1. はじめに

Cingulate（以下「運営者」）は、意思決定支援サービス「Seneca」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者情報を、本プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。本ポリシーは、本サービスがどのような情報を取得し、何のために利用し、どのように保存・共有するかを説明するものです。

2. 取得する情報

  • 利用者が入力する相談内容、期待する価値、懸念、意思決定、振り返り、フィードバックその他の入力内容
  • Googleログインを利用した場合にGoogleから提供されるアカウント識別子、氏名、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像等の基本プロフィール情報
  • 本サービスが生成するDecision Memory、Seneca Insightその他の出力および利用履歴
  • 匿名利用者ID、利用日時、言語、操作イベント、エラー情報等の利用状況情報
  • 広告・流入元を把握するためのUTMパラメータ（source、medium、campaign、content等）
  • IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、ログ等、ホスティング事業者や関連サービスが通常取得する技術情報

3. Googleユーザーデータの取扱い

本サービスは、Googleログインのために、Googleから提供されるアカウント識別子、氏名、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像等を取得します。これらは、本人確認、アカウント表示、利用者ごとのDecision Memoryの保存・同期および問い合わせ対応のために使用します。

Googleユーザーデータを広告配信のために販売せず、また、本サービスの提供・保守・安全確保に必要な委託先を除き、第三者へ提供しません。本サービスによるGoogle APIからの情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、限定利用要件を含むGoogle API Services User Data Policyに従います。

4. 利用目的

  • 本サービスの提供、本人確認、アカウント管理および利用者ごとのデータ同期
  • 入力内容に基づく意思決定の整理、AIによるInsightの生成および過去の相談との関連付け
  • 利用状況の把握、品質改善、不具合調査、不正利用防止およびセキュリティ確保
  • 問い合わせへの回答、重要なお知らせおよび本ポリシー等の変更通知
  • 広告施策の効果測定。個人を直接特定することよりも、流入元や操作状況の集計を目的とします。

5. AI処理と外部サービス

Seneca Insightを生成する際、現在の相談内容と、Insightの質を高めるために選択された過去のDecision Memoryが、AI処理事業者であるOpenAIへ送信されます。また、本サービスは、認証・データベースにSupabase、ホスティングにVercelを利用しています。これらの事業者は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で情報を処理します。

各事業者の設備や運用により、情報が日本国外で処理または保存される場合があります。運営者は、事業者の契約条件および安全管理措置を確認し、必要な範囲で利用します。利用者は、相談に不要な機微情報や第三者の個人情報を入力しないでください。

6. 端末内保存、Cookie等

本サービスは、言語設定、匿名利用者ID、ログイン前のDecision Memory、未送信の分析イベント、流入情報等をブラウザのlocalStorageまたはsessionStorageに保存します。また、Googleログインとセッション維持のため、認証に必要なCookie等を利用します。ブラウザの設定からこれらを削除または制限できますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

7. 第三者提供および委託

運営者は、法令に基づく場合、生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合、または利用者の同意がある場合を除き、個人データを第三者へ提供しません。ただし、本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、OpenAI、Supabase、Vercel等のサービス提供者へ処理を委託することがあります。運営者は利用者情報を販売しません。

8. 保存期間と削除

情報は、利用目的の達成、本サービスの提供、法令遵守、紛争対応および安全確保に必要な期間保存し、その後削除または匿名化します。ログイン前に端末へ保存された情報は、利用者がブラウザのサイトデータを削除することで消去できます。アカウントに紐づく情報の削除を希望する場合は、下記連絡先へご依頼ください。バックアップや法令上必要な記録は、合理的な期間残る場合があります。

9. 安全管理

運営者は、アクセス制御、通信の暗号化、権限管理等、利用者情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損を防ぐために合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の送信または保存について絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。

10. 利用者の請求と問い合わせ

11. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、本サービスの変更や法令等に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上その他適切な方法でお知らせします。

1. Introduction

Cingulate (the “Operator”) handles information relating to users of Seneca (the “Service”) in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used, stored, and shared.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you enter, including your decision, expected value, concerns, final choice, reflections, feedback, and other consultation content
  • When you use Google Sign-In, basic profile information supplied by Google, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image
  • Decision Memory, Seneca Insight, other outputs, and records of your use of the Service
  • Usage data such as an anonymous user identifier, timestamps, language, interaction events, and error information
  • UTM parameters used to understand advertising and referral sources, including source, medium, campaign, and content
  • Technical data ordinarily collected by hosting and related service providers, such as IP address, browser and device information, and logs

3. Google user data

For Google Sign-In, the Service receives basic profile information from Google, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We use it only for authentication, account display, storing and synchronising your Decision Memory, and responding to support requests.

We do not sell Google user data for advertising. We do not disclose it except to service providers needed to operate, maintain, and secure the Service or where required by law. Seneca’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

  • To provide the Service, authenticate users, manage accounts, and synchronise user-specific data
  • To organise your inputs, generate AI-assisted Insight, and relate a current consultation to relevant past decisions
  • To understand usage, improve quality, investigate errors, prevent misuse, and maintain security
  • To answer enquiries and provide important notices about the Service or this Policy
  • To measure advertising performance, primarily by aggregating referral and interaction information rather than directly identifying individuals

5. AI processing and service providers

When generating Seneca Insight, the current consultation and selected past Decision Memory that may improve the result are sent to OpenAI, our AI processing provider. We also use Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.

Depending on provider infrastructure and operations, information may be processed or stored outside Japan. We use providers within the scope necessary for the Service and review their contractual terms and safeguards. Please do not enter sensitive information or another person’s personal information unless it is necessary and you are entitled to do so.

6. Local storage, cookies, and similar technologies

The Service uses browser localStorage or sessionStorage for language settings, an anonymous identifier, Decision Memory created before sign-in, queued analytics events, and referral information. We also use cookies or similar storage required for Google Sign-In and session management. You may delete or restrict these through your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.

7. Disclosure and processors

We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless you consent, disclosure is required by law, or it is necessary to protect life, safety, or property. We may engage providers such as OpenAI, Supabase, and Vercel to process information as needed to operate the Service. We do not sell user information.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfil the purposes described above, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Information stored locally before sign-in can be removed by deleting the site data in your browser. To request deletion of account-linked information, contact us below. Backups and legally required records may remain for a reasonable period.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission, and permission management, to protect user information. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your requests and contact

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or applicable law. We will provide notice through the Service or by another appropriate method when a change is material.
